Minimum requirements

University graduate in any degree
Basic knowledge of working with computers

Role Description (and additional job description)

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will help define, design, and implement campaigns across various platforms. Whether supporting product marketing strategy, understanding users to turn them into a loyal consumer base, shaping the voice of the Google brand, or designing and executing digital marketing campaigns for the world’s biggest brand marketers, you will gain exposure to different Google products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve these goals.

During your time at Google, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of Googlers to solve real-life problems while developing and learning from world-class leaders. An external training partner will also support you throughout the program.

You will receive specialized training in basic marketing principles, search marketing, pay-per-click, and more, while also developing further skills through hands-on experience in research and web analytics.

Responsibilities Of Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies and coordination for new product launches and programs (e.g., positioning, naming, external communications, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization).
- Support insight gathering to better serve our users (e.g., via focus groups, working with a research agency to develop and test hypotheses).
- Develop effective relationships with external clients/stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to solidify and grow partnerships.
- Grow business and diversify marketing investment through client-first consultative selling, innovative problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new and existing customers, generating business plans to define strategies and tactics.
- Understand and adapt to Google’s ongoing product and technology developments.
- Act as the key account coordinator and facilitator for resolving client campaign implementation and ongoing support across areas such as technical troubleshooting, billing and collections, ad or trademark approvals, and more.
