Google Apprenticeship Process
Joining Google as an apprentice involves a structured process designed to identify and onboard talented individuals into various roles across the company. Here’s a step-by-step overview of what to expect:
Resume Submission and Review
- Submit your resume and cover letter for review by the recruiting team. If your skills align with Google’s apprenticeship opportunities, you will be contacted via your registered email.
Google Online Challenge
- Upon selection, you will receive an invitation for the Google Online Challenge assessment. This assessment evaluates your skills and suitability for the apprenticeship.
Telephonic Interview Scheduling
- Successful candidates from the assessment stage will be scheduled for a telephonic interview with Google’s team.
First Video Interview
- If you pass the telephonic interview, you will receive a confirmation for scheduling a first video call interview. You will also receive an Interview Preparation Guide and job description PDF attachment.
Interview Preparation Session
- Attend an invitation for an interview preparation session to ensure you are fully ready for the video call interview.
Second Video Interview
- Following the first video interview, successful candidates may be invited to a second video call interview on the same day, typically scheduled 1-2 hours later.
Document Submission
- Upon successfully clearing the interviews, you will be requested to submit all the latest mark sheets of your highest qualification.
Compensation Confirmation
- Expect a confirmation about the compensation details for the role approximately 1-2 weeks after document submission.
Location Preferences
- After compensation confirmation, you will receive a request to indicate your location preferences for the apprenticeship.
Congratulations!
- Finally, after these stages, you will receive a mail congratulating you on being selected for the Google Apprenticeship Program.
Onboarding and Beyond
- Following selection, you will receive further communications for completing your onboarding process and other necessary steps.
- The entire process typically spans 4-5 months, so patience and positivity are key throughout.

Basically they filter all the CV’s and if your cv matched the job you’re applied for then they will mail you regarding it within a month (may be it’s varies country to country).
